Testimonials

  • As a parent struggling to know how to help our son, Emily went over and above offering support, advice, useful strategies to help our son and even attended meetings at his school to offer them advice, and to be an advocate for Harvey in meetings. She was also always at the end of the phone/email if we needed any advice.
  • Emily has a wonderful manner which puts you at ease and was always mindful of how much our son could cope with during the sessions. The therapy was life changing and gave us our son back.
  • I can’t thank Emily enough for all that she has done. Going through therapy has without a doubt changed me as a person for the better and has helped me to be the best me I can be, meaning that my family get the best of me too. Being able to process the traumatic events means that I can now have more control over when I think about them, instead of the intense and overwhelming feelings I was experiencing before. I have also learnt some coping strategies to put into place when I feel I need them. Throughout my therapy Emily was there with encouragement and was a huge support in getting through the processing of some very difficult memories. I will carry her words of advice with me as I go forward.
  • I definitely did feel unsure and uncertain at the beginning, however Emily was so welcoming and friendly she put me at ease straight away. Looking back now I can see what a difference it has made so my advice would be to give it a try.
  • Emily has always been very welcoming and friendly. She has been very flexible in adapting the session content accommodate my needs and worries. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of expertise and support that Emily has given me throughout the sessions and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is found in a similar situation to mine.
